Space Elevator Resource Delivery Package 1 Tier 3 and 4
Sending the first Space Elevator Resource Delivery Package 1 will unlock Tier 3 and 4 which provides new milestones in the Hub.
Space Elevator Resource Delivery Package 2 Tier 5 and 6
It's time to send off the next Space Elevator Delivery Package to unlock tiers 5 and 6.
Space Elevator Resource Delivery Package 3 Tier 7 and 8
It's time to send off the next Space Elevator Delivery Package to unlock tiers 7 and 8. While there are no milestones in Tier 8 at this stage of Early Access, technically you still unlock Tier 8.
